in the last weekThe payment details they provide are false; they tell you one price and you end up paying another. Terrible service, plus they don't meet payment deadlines, charging an excessively long time in advance. I have nothing to do with this site and I don't recommend it.

2 months agoAwful experience. Beware. Property claims climate controlled but it reaches 40 degrees in winter - 90+ in the summer (causing damage to electronics). My unit was broken into and they didn't want to pay out the insurance even though they found the man with the items in another unit, nor did they return my property. They also have customers illegally wiring lighting to their units which is a fire hazard.

2 months agoReally great customer service!! I needed a few extra minutes for my move in. I called and the front desk was able to accommodate me by staying late. 5 stars!! Really appreciate their flexibility
