Very poor experience. The pricing was extremely high, and the service was nowhere near worth the amount charged. The work quality, communication, and customer service were all disappointing. I felt overcharged and would not use this company again.

Outstanding experience with SOS Garage Door Repair in Queens, NY! We had a new garage door opener and springs installed, and the service was excellent. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The garage door is now running smoother and quieter than ever. Fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service. Highly recommend

SOS was incredibly responsive and had a technician out to me the same day. The Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It turned out to be a small issue but they have done larger work for me in the past with the same level of service and attention.

I’m in Florida and had to call SOS Garage Door Repair for my sister in Garden City, NY when her garage door got stuck in the middle of the night and wouldn’t close. They arrived quickly, fixed the issue on the spot (broken spring), and were very professional. Great service, fast response, and fair price — highly recommend!
