Attorney Scott Fortas helped me immensely with my case. It was swift and very easy to understand when he would explain the process. He got my case dismissed quickly and helped me get back on my feet with the help. I will certainly come to him everytime and will tell anyone in need to come to him. It’s very worth it. Best defense I’ve had and he was so knowledgeable on everything according to the law and how it works.

Scott here is probably if not the best attorney I know here in the Atlanta area. I actually had a criminal case with some hefty charges I couldn’t escape, but he was able to drop a lot of my charges and even get me out of prison system sooner than expected. I only did a couple months out of my 10 year sentence in DOC. Not only that, Scott here will take matters into his hands PERSONALLY as if he is fighting for himself and not only his clients. He will make sure to keep in contact with you whether you are fighting a case from inside or outside of jail and whenever I needed to speak with him, unlike other attorneys, he would always schedule a call with me to answer all and every questions and keep me up to date on all matters. Even after getting out of prison, one call to his office and he got back to me within the hour. Godbless him and thank you Scott for all your hard work!! P.S. I had violent charges as well but Scott managed to get me less time than we all expected. Something I was supposed to years in confinement(agg assault, firearm, fleeing) I only did 8-9 months in prison. Once again thank you Scott for your hard work! Godbless.

I am extremely grateful for Scott. I was arrested and facing five felony charges with no bail, and he stepped in and completely changed the outcome of my life. Scott took my case, reviewed every detail of the evidence, and fought hard on my behalf. Because of his dedication and expertise, he was able to secure bail for me and reduce what could have been a 15-year sentence down to just 3 years of probation. He accomplished more than I could have ever imagined, and I truly feel like he gave me my life back. I highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and committed attorney.
