In The beginning of this pregnancy I felt like this was the best place to go, but I also feel like it really depends on which technician you have. I normally have who I think is the youngest woman doing my ultrasound and she will make you feel like she cares about your experience. Since new year, I’ve had two appointments and the price has went up (No worries) But I feel like customer service and experience in the room is not as good. I’m thinking maybe whoever owns this place maybe told them to focus on time management because they make you feel like a number and not really care about you. It just feels rushed. I feel like with the high prices of the four or 5D images you should at least be 30 minutes of a session. Especially knowing that all women bellies, Anatomy and babies are different. I saw a different reviewer said something about even though her images were pink on the screen they still printed black and white. I didn’t really like that either. I did a walk in and the conversation between the technicians were like oh do you want to take this walk in? Type of vibe, it did not feel professional at all. During my session at 27 weeks today, she just basically told me she don’t think I should try to get those realistic images because it’s not gonna work and this should be my last time trying it. I just didn’t feel happy leaving today’s appointment. I wouldn’t say I would not recommend this place but there’s definitely better options out there to get your money worth. I’ve spent over $1000 With this pregnancy alone at this establishment and I just feel like customer care should be a lot different.

I made an appointment for an ultrasound gender reveal. Service was fast as soon as I came in. Everything was clean and nice. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming.

Pros: they allow you to come back if your first appointment is too early. Techs are nice. Cons: they make it difficult to reschedule. It doesn’t make sense that their “comeback appointments” are only Monday-Thursday, especially when their schedule on the weekend is wide open. We live an hour away and work full time during the week, it’s difficult getting over there during that time frame. When I asked to do an evening appointment, I was put on hold (for a long time) so he could “confirm with the manager” that I can do an appointment well before they close. Never got it confirmed so who knows if I’ll go back. Just something to keep in mind if you’re going for an early appointment.

I just had my first ultrasound. I’m 8 weeks and 5 days and I had such a great experience. Vanessa was amazing, explained everything so clearly, showed me my baby, went over all the measurements, and let me hear the heartbeat. I felt so comfortable and reassured. Highly recommend! 💛
