a week agoHomewood Suites is a great place to stay. The hotel is well maintained and in a very good location. Their shuttle service to Universal is convenient and reliable. The breakfast was good, and the 24-hour coffee service is a big plus. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall, it has been a very good experience so far.

a week agoExcellent facilities! The service is very thorough, especially Luis's. Once, housekeeping forgot to leave me conditioner, and he quickly provided supplies. However, I think they should improve the quality of the shampoo and conditioner because it's quite poor, and also address the fact that everything at breakfast is spicy. Except for the eggs and potatoes, everything else was. Perhaps it would be good to have options for those of us who prefer a less spicy breakfast. Otherwise, everything was excellent! The rooms are a dream.

2 weeks agoVery comfortable stay , Flavia was super kind and she checked us in . The food was excellent and the housekeeping stay on top of the room we had stayed in. Overall affordable and it was perfect.
