in the last weekWebsite says it is a walk in center, when you first walk in it says you can check in to the kiosk. I did so and waited a hour. After waiting for so long I went up to the desk and asked how much longer and the front desk lady was rude and stated that walks in needed to make an appointment. I told her I used the kiosk to check in for it and she stated she could not accommodate me and that walk ins were by appointment only which makes no sense!

in the last weekMy doctor, Mónica do Santos, is the best. She's the only reason I stay here, because this place is awful. The staff are unprofessional, especially the woman at the door, Martha, and don't even get me started on the manager. She doesn't protect her doctor and encourages criticism, saying a doctor is slow because she talks too much. A doctor doesn't talk too much; she asks questions, researches her patients, and learns how to provide good care and proper treatment. That's what makes a good doctor.
