Montana’s Great Indoors

Decent indoor playground. I’d say theres not a lot to do for kids 2-5, they are a bit too big for the toddler area but too small for the towers and ramps. Some other comments: it would be nice to add toys to the play kitchen area, a couple pots and fake food could go a long way. I was surprised the bathrooms weren’t more little kid friendly. There were small step stools but too small for a toddler. It would be so nice to have step stools for 5 and under, or even the little kid toilet seat for the potty training crowd. Finally, the coffee was pretty bad, I was hurting for some good coffee, and it was more along the lines of a vending machine latte, but it contained caffeine so it did the job. Theres no music playing which actually I appreciated, it’s better than loud, overstimulating music, but quieter music could be okay.

I cannot thank Montana Great Indoors enough for saving our son’s 4th birthday party. After an unexpected issue with another venue just minutes before our party was supposed to begin, we were left scrambling with guests on the way, decorations, food, and two very upset kids. We honestly thought the day was ruined. The team at Montana Great Indoors stepped in and helped us on extremely short notice. Instead of turning us away, they worked with us to find a solution and gave our family a place to celebrate. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant more to us than they probably realize. Because of them, our son ended up having an amazing birthday. The facility was clean, the kids had a blast, and our family was able to focus on making memories instead of dealing with a disaster. Customer service isn’t just about what happens when everything goes according to plan. It’s about how people treat you when things go wrong. Montana Great Indoors showed genuine compassion and helped turn a heartbreaking situation into a special day our son will remember. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be back. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family.

My kids always have a blast here. Nice little area for the adults to sit and relax while the kids play. One of our favorite go to places in the winter months! The staff are all so friendly and kind.
