I have been helping an associate look for apartments in Walnut Creek. I have viewed multiple properties in the area so that I could bring them only the best of the best. Of all the places I have viewed, Lyric Apartments stands out—not solely because of the great apartments with high ceilings, but also because of the ample amenities including multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, serious fitness center, pet-friendly grounds and more. The location is second to none as it is in walking distance to just about anywhere! To add to my excitement, I was equally, if not especially, impressed by the property manager, Misty, who met me with the most warm welcome and gave a thorough tour of the apartments and facilities. Misty was knowledgeable, helpful, personable and a real showperson! She had me envisioning myself living there! Lol! What's more, I know if my colleague rents at Lyric, they'll have a great management team! I always say that when shopping for an apartment, you are also shopping for a landlord! I couldn't feel more confident giving my referral! And something tells me I will be having reason to visit this place more often! I'm so happy to say, I think our search is over. 🤞

I ABSOLUTELY ADORED working with Misty at The Lyric. She was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to all my questions. She also let me spend extra time in each apartment I was considering- I always felt like she genuinely cared about me finding the right home for me. That's quite unique these days when many people can be aloof and often non-responsive during the apartment hunt process. I HIGHLY reccommend working with Misty and renting at The Lyric!

I moved into Lyric recently and totally love the place. Alyssa, the leasing agent was very nice and accommodating. She showed me various units and different floor plans. Move-in day went extremely well. I hired professional movers and they had no trouble at all with the moving experience using the elevators etc.

Location, location, location - It’s the best! Within just a few steps, you’re surrounded by awesome restaurants, drinks, spas, salons, and shopping. What more does a girl need? Super happy and content :)
