Hillsdale Garden Apartments

Hello to whoever is reading this. We’ve been living in this apartment complex for 3years. The rent was cheap, we thought it looked like a comfortable space to live…no. The roach problem In these apartments is absolutely insane. We called the exterminator that the company has hired keep in mind. They said it would be a free solution. The man came with a spray bottle and left. The roach problem was still there. We dealt with this for 3 years. There was no solution. The apartments tend to fall apart easily things start to break from them doing a poor job In preparing these apartments the walls, sinks, showers everything tend to fall apart after a few months. I give the 0 star because living here is miserable and the staff/company does nothing to fix the problems people deal with or they do a half ass job in fixing it.

We just renewed our contract with Briany's help. I have to say she's an exemplary employee. She explained the contract terms to us and answered all our questions!

Excellent service

I just had a plumbing service on my leaking kitchen faucet. I had a bit of a rough start with them, but the problem was well taken care of at the end. They did a wonderful job and I am happy with their work. Thank you.
