Couldn’t even park to see the place. Really frustrating given I’d driven quite far for the viewing.

Update: Security gate broken for 7 weeks! Picture attached. This gate is not working for almost 2 months, giving free access for intruders, everyone from the street can easily enter the community as you can see in the picture, we have no staff security, and management don’t care . I’ve been a resident at Radius for 2 years almost, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t matched the initial promises. When I signed my lease, Radius provided a floor plan with a balcony, which influenced my decision. But just five days before move-in, I was told my unit actually had no balcony. This caused a lot of last-minute stress, and I ended up taking a larger, more expensive unit because my moving company was already scheduled. The community manager promise will keep my rent fee. Throughout the first year, there were several concerning issues. The maintenance team entered my unit without permission on more than one occasion—once even leaving the door open. Although I was told my rent would remain stable, I still faced repeated pushback to increase it, despite never missing a payment. Other issues include frequent elevator outages (often with both elevators down), and recurring package thefts with a very disorganized mailroom. The gym also lacks upkeep; during one workout, a cable actually broke on the machine mid-exercise, which was both frustrating and unsafe. Now Radius has opened up the building to Airbnb guests, which raises safety concerns since there’s no security in place or any staff beside the hand man and you never know who’s staying next door. The pool and spa will be closed for three months, which is another drawback. On a positive note, the new community manager, Dean, seems professional, and I’m hopeful he can address some of these issues. But based on my experience, I’d recommend looking around and maybe keeping Radius as a “last-resort” option… unless, of course, you like paying more for less. And check the constant bad reviews. The garage gate from building 630 it’s broken for 10 days !! We need to go outside freezing every day !! Unbelievable
