Kids Land

As others have stated this place needs to be remodeled and updated. There is poor lighting inside. There’s this weird buzzing noise probably coming from the lights. Poor A/C. The mats look dirty and are not securely in place. Some of the pieces are bulging out where a child could trip and fall. There are a lot of zip ties or duct tape to cover things that should be replaced or removed. There was a tunnel I took a video of that is covered with a net and a zip tie. A kid could still go through it and fall through. The Hispanic lady at the front is very rude. When we came in, she already had me rung up to pay, but my daughter received a free ticket from her school to come here. She didn’t greet us at the door. Once I mentioned the free ticket she got an attitude like she didn’t believe me and said her manager didn’t tell her. So she called her and the manager was asking me questions. Why would I take the time to make a fake certificate and lie about it?? $12 is nothing but I wouldn’t willingly bring my child here if I already knew what it looked like inside. After we got it sorted out she changed her attitude and was smiling at me. This is definitely a “you get what you pay for” facility. They care more about money than safety.

Absolutely not! Walked in, looked very dead and hot & filthy inside. Not one greeted, no one was at the kiosk to take any payments or anything. Every single one of the workers sat at the tables & chairs area on their break not even bothering to offer help.
