a month agoWe tent camped on Timber Road and there was ample space between sites. Nice not to be packed in like sardines. The down side is that it was a long walk to the flush toilets and shower building. Nice campground and the tent sites cost much less than I am used to paying. The shower building was very clean, though who ever painted it last was very sloppy and there was white splotches of paint all over concrete floor and stall doors.

2 months agoNice boat ramp. Nice overlook at dusk and dawn. Laundry is $1.25 to wash & $1 to dry. Two loads per family per day. I'll stop here again. Deer were friendly like neighborhood dogs. I would not go over 10mph anywhere including look out part even if the qwik concrete company men at the top are trying to speed home from work. Self pay to get in the park beside the gate. Gate is only open 4 hours a day. 4pm-8pm. Website for that park doesn't work. Just a broken web link.
