Summit trail was fun but a little difficult getting to the top climbing up the rocks in the crack. Its not very wide and some of the steps are a few feet apart so if you're short its a bit difficult. Theres a jump/step across the crack at the top. The Wildlife Trail was fun and easy as well as the Tonawanda trail.

The actual trail rises over 600' in .66 miles with another 3/4 of a mile back down if you follow the trail down the other side and keep taking a right when the trail splits, joining other trails. I was disappointed that there wasn't a way to the actual top of Sugarloaf Mountain other than climbing rock + 60' through 'natural rock gullies' and did not want to attempt by myself because I have no previous experience climbing rock. For someone with rock climbing experience and the right equipment I imagine it would be super easy and offer a truly extraordinary view. I was able to climb partially up the rock where others had previously and snapped some photos.
