a month agoGood place for orienteering and casual hiking. Easy to get to from Interstate 80. Plenty of parking. There are nice picnic areas and restrooms. The boardwalk near the tree house is neat - very clean water with fish in the first section and you are encouraged to splash around in thr back section. Scenic river views.

The trails are well-kept, the scenery is gorgeous year-round, and it’s quiet enough to actually relax and enjoy nature.
