  It was incredibly hot the day we went. It’s a beautiful park. Bring water and hiking sticks. Go early in the day. If you can, go to Sitting Bull waterfalls. It’s a rugged hike to the upper pools, but the lower pool is easily accessible. People with dogs tend to have them off leash which was a problem for me as I was almost knocked over by a Doberman.
