2 weeks agoThe signage for the trail is poor, it's a loop but the signs on the backside have an arrow pointed in one direction for the trailhead, making you think you're going the wrong way.

4 months agoGorgeous looped hiking trail with amazing views in the greater Granby area. We spent 2.5-3 hours at a steady but slower pace. I would call this more of an intermediate hike (at least today) since there was a mix of snow, mud, and dirt on the ground and lots of rocks embedded in the trail, including on sloped areas. We could have used some hiking poles for balance but managed fine without them. We appreciated the trail being dog-friendly (on leash only) and that the trailhead had toilets and parking. Area access is cheap at $5 per car and in-road to trailhead drives easy for a truck or SUV with snow in shaded areas. Enjoy!
