Okay, where do I begin? I don’t want to make this review too long. But I booked with Carlos last minute without doing too much research, and after I booked, I was super worried that he wouldn’t be able to satisfy me with the shape I wanted because I’m a very nervous and difficult person to deal with, especially when it comes to my face. However, I went to the appointment, and let me just say! I am super happy from the beginning to end. Carlos could sense my nervousness, and he took his time stenciling my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them. I kept calling my family and FaceTiming them, and not once did he rush me; he was extremely patient and gentle. He is a professional and an artist; it’s safe to say he is a perfectionist. My eyebrows came out amazing, and I love them! Even the shade he used was perfect! Afterwards, he even made me coffee and gave me a snack I will be seeing him again for my touch-up soon, and I’ll be going to my appointment without a worry because I know for a fact I am in good hands!

I am loving my eyebrows....and I am excited that my eyebrows will look great all the time, no matter where I am going. Initially I was nervous, but Carlos put me at ease, patiently answered all my questions, explained the process in details, and was clearly knowledgeable about his craft. It is evident that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants you leaving happy about your eyebrows. Every time I look at my eyebrows in the mirror, a huge smile comes over my face.
