a month agoI was stuck in midtown and A1 came to the rescue. Timely, respectful and affordable service. Thanks guys Update: 3/2/26 Got stuck and needed a tow in Brooklyn and these guys really helped me out. They showed up pretty quickly, the driver was super chill and professional, and he handled my car carefully which I appreciated. The whole thing was easy and took a lot of stress off the situation. Definitely glad I called them again.

a month ago🚨 scammers(posing as Brooklyn tow company) actual name is A1 towing, plus sent a separate company truck).. made me wait over four hours to send the wrong flatbed truck causing damage to my front axles and brakes. I explained on first call that I needed a short truck with skates for rear. After wrong truck, They hung up the phone and left my car on the road stranded saying these things happen.
