I came here for a Spartan Deka event. The staff was nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze and everyone was very helpful with letting you know what's going on. The coach/judge was very supportive and helpful getting you through the course. The flow was nice. Great event!

I love exercising at obstacourse. What I like about it is that I am not guessing a workout routine when I go to the gym and it's different every day. The couches have it ready for me, the equipment is available, not wasting time right there. Also, the exercises are designed to every level of fitness; challenging yet they are doable for an inexperienced gym member like I was at the beginning. Most important is I love the coaches; my favorite are Sarge, Chrissy, and Jack, they are supportive and guide you through the proper posture to execute the movements. Overall, I highly recommend Obstacourse if you want to improve your health.

Update: It has now been one year and three months since I began my journey with Obstacourse. Throughout this period, I have experienced both challenges and triumphs, shaped by significant life events. I am pleased to share that I am currently in the best health I have enjoyed in over a decade—my cholesterol has decreased by 52 mg and is now within the normal range. This progress has been achieved through self-discipline and mindful choices, without formal coaching. As I reflect on my accomplishments, including reaching bronze member status and completing 150 circuit training sessions (my 1st milestone out of 4), I am grateful for the growth and resilience I have developed along the way. I wanted to share a little slice of my recent adventure. Attached you'll find a photo from my 4-hour hike at Rif Mountain in Chefchaouen, Morocco. It was an incredible experience, made even more special as I got to wear my prize (“COMMIT T-Shirt from Obstacourse) from the 150-circuit training sessions. The scenery was simply breathtaking, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment both from the hike and all the training that led to it.

I’m so happy I found this gym. Great workouts, really great coaches, and an awesome community. The workouts are fun and challenging! They also teach you about nutrition and how to eat in order to reach your goals.

This place is great. The gym I attended for many years closed down so after searching for a gym for many months, landed at Obstacourse. They have an amazing community and lots of amazing coaches and members. A+
