2 months agoThis was my first time at locd and braided. The ambiance was modern , cool and clean. I was offered refreshment as soon as walked in (which included a specialty cocktail only on Saturday). All staff were friendly and made me feel so welcomed. My loctician was Kosh. She was on time, friendly and professional. She listened to my concerns and was able to make adjustments to my services. I loved how my hair came out. Definitely going back. Start to finish was great customer service.

3 months agoWas able to get an earlier appointment than what I initially booked and instead of my usual retwist session with Alika, I got a crochet maintenance with Kosh who is new to the Team at the Empire Location. It wasn’t my usual regular retwist so I was a little nervous at first and with a new stylist, but Kosh was attentive and very sweet throughout the 4 hour crochet session. It is now day 2 and I am VERY pleased with the results. It appears skillfully done and looks great! It’s a treat to myself due to the price but a good investment. Book Kosh at Empire!
