a month agoI’m really disappointed with my experience here, I’ve been going here for 5 years now. I found a hair in my food, which was obviously very concerning. When I brought it to their attention, I requested a refund but was told no. I also attempted to call afterward to resolve the issue and my calls were declined. I understand mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled matters. Unfortunately, this experience makes it hard for me to return.

a month agoIn this type of business, they are supposed to have staff trained to treat customers well. It looks bad to see employees with such a bad attitude so early in the day.

a month agoI attempted to make an order for delivery. As I was making an order for a salad, while looking at the menu I’d gotten from the store, they attempted to overcharge me. When I questioned the price difference, I was yelled at and hung up on. Terrible customer service and shady pricing. Not worth it.
