in the last weekfriendly services, buffet is daily during the day not night time and different menu. easy to talk to manager if you needed. new sushi section is awesome! there're seating spots till 11pm and outside is 24/7 i believe. non judgmental vibes. Some workers have characters. lol self-service for coffee and hot water!

2 months agoMirna is the WORST and RUDEST manager from ALL Morton williams location that I’ve ever been to ! She’s SO RUDE! I don’t understand how can she become the store manager ??? She even threw the rest of the items and walk away didn’t finish bagging the rest of the items! Hey MIRNA ! I PAID for ALL the groceries !! NOT FREE!! that’s your responsible to bag the items ! I’m asking for the heavy duty (black shopping bag) , she said NO! I have to pay separate receipt ! Ive been shopped at 14 of 17 Morton location for >150 orders , i never heard that i can’t buy black shopping bag at Morton! Im not asking for FREE! The reason i need black shopping bag because i have heavy items , 3 packs soda and 3 bottle cold coffee! I know Morton’s white shopping bag can’t handle heavy item, she even broke the bag handle when she bagged first item ! If you think customer will complain for the bag fee, they will complain to Instacart not to Morton ! I’ve become shopper for 3 years, never heard customer complain for the bag ! Ive been shopped at 14 of 17 Morton’s location and i NEVER heard that i’m not allowed to included and pay for black shopping bag in 1 receipt ! I even came to this location few times and NEVER had any issue! You have to know MIRNA ! Shopper have to bring the groceries to customer door by the stairs sometimes! Some building doesnt have elevatore, need goto 4th or 5th floor bu the stairs!If you bagged the heavy items with white shopping bag and broken at the stairs customer will more upset because the groceries damaged! and the other cashier also her name Dolorez if spelling correct, same attitude! No wonder she also had same attitude, she’s must be trained by MIRNA ! MIRNA ! Shopper REPRESENTATIVE CUSTOMER ! So shopper also customer that paid the groceries NOT getting for FREE!! see what you did refused to sell the Morton black shopping bag! It’s broken at the customer’s building entrance !! See attached ! 1st picture MIRNA walk away /left ! 2nd picture she didn’t finish bagged the rest of the items ! 3rd picture bag broken at customer building entrance ! 4th picture broken bag ! I read the 1* review from this location , mostly stated unhappy with cashiers! Looks like Morton’s owner doesn’t care about customer service , because i would said 14 of 17 Morton’s location that i’ve been to , all the cashier are rude / not friendly, their attitude looks like they working for free , so they don’t care with customer service !
