    A luxurious adult dinner in a prime location overlooking the hustle and bustle of Osaka's Umeda district. Stepping out of the elevator on the 9th floor, the top floor of the Grand Front Osaka South Building, a world of its own unfolds before you. The restaurant we visited was "THE COSMOPOLITAN," a grill restaurant enveloped in overwhelming luxury, perfect for anniversaries or a treat for yourself. The moment you step inside, the panoramic night view of the metropolis unfolds, and the refined service of the staff is impeccable. It's the kind of place that makes you confident, "Tonight's going to be a wonderful evening." The quality of the food is exceptional, and the attentive service from each staff member ensures a truly dreamlike experience from start to finish. Inviting someone special here is sure to impress.     Located on the 9th floor of the South Building of Grand Front Osaka, this wonderful restaurant exudes an overwhelming sense of openness and hospitality. I had the "SIGNATURE Course," and I was thoroughly impressed by the high quality of each ingredient and the professional "doneness" that brought out their full flavor. The beef fillet and sirloin, cooked medium according to the restaurant's recommendation, and the crispy, fragrant petit beurre were especially delicious. The "salted fresh cream" served with the bread was addictive, with its fluffy texture and exquisite saltiness, so amazing that I wanted seconds. In addition to the food, the staff's sense of distance was exquisite, creating a warm sense of unity as guests applaud each other's surprises, creating a moment reminiscent of a movie. The open-air terrace seating is also recommended for the coming season. I'll definitely return to this restaurant in a few years for my daughter's coming-of-age ceremony, and I can confidently recommend it to loved ones.

    [SIGNATURE] We had a total of five dishes: appetizer, soup, seafood, premium beef, and dessert! !! The thoughtfulness of showing us the tart of the day was impressive, and this small visual surprise quietly built up anticipation for the meal. The fruit champagne carefully poured in front of us was a beautiful performance in itself. The aroma of Moët rose with the bubbles, and we could taste the exceptional flavor from the first sip. The combination of attentive service and a high-quality drink was a moment that elevated the rest of the meal to a special experience. The fresh fish carpaccio appetizer was a luxurious dish, with the delicate flavor of the fish gently enveloped in a soft cauliflower sauce, and the ingredients complemented each other in a harmonious harmony. The jewel-like salmon roe added a popping texture and aroma, adding depth to the flavor. The raw oysters we chose as another appetizer were a wonderful combination of the sweet and tart strawberry salsa and the creamy oysters. The luxurious presentation, presented on a bed of rock salt, was a feast for the eyes and the palate. The next soup, a double beef consommé and domestic duck breast, was surprisingly tender and moist, with a deep flavor from being carefully simmered for a long time. The natural sweetness of the winter root vegetables accentuated the depth of the consommé, creating a memorable taste that was hard to miss until the last drop. The seasonal fish dish featured a perfect combination of sea bream from Ehime Prefecture and scallops from Hokkaido, almost like two main dishes side by side. The recommended medium-rare brought out the meat's natural flavor, and the rich, full-bodied red wine sauce and the fragrant peppercorn sauce revealed new flavors with every bite. The bread was served with two types: rice flour bread and soft restaurant baguette, and the homemade butter whipped cream melted in your mouth with exquisite texture. Refills were free, but the course itself was extremely comprehensive, so we were more than satisfied with both the quantity and the quality. As we were two people, we tried two desserts. The first was a luxurious plate featuring New York cheesecake, topped with seasonal fruits and ice cream. The rich yet elegant cheesecake was harmoniously combined with the fragrant walnuts hidden at the bottom, leaving a deep sense of satisfaction with every bite. The other seasonal tart was a pear tart, with a gentle flavor that made the most of its natural sweetness and flaky crust. Paired with an after-meal coffee, we enjoyed a pleasant time until the very end.
