2 weeks agoBest pork tenderloin I've ever eaten. So tender, juicy, and flavorful, it almost tasted like a steak. The duck ragu and roasted romanesco were also very good. We were particularly impressed by the apple ricotta doughnut hole dessert. The combination of the creamy ricotta, crispy doughnuts, and fragrant mint leaves were surprising, creative, and playful. It's nice that they include where the vegetables were sourced from on the menu. We can definitely taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The people were nice, friendly, and attentive.

a month agoWe were on vacation in Vermont and this restaurant was recommended by a local bartender. We walked in and were seated right away at a high top table. I recently suffered a stoke so I had difficulty sitting at the high top table which caused nerve pain down my leg. I asked to sit at an open low top table but they were unable to accommodate me because they claimed the tables were for reservations. We had already ordered our food and drinks so I tried to make the best of this situation. However I was not able to stand for our entire meal. Therefore I canceled our order and paid for what we had eaten. We had two rolls and two glasses of wine which cost us $47 with the tip. The rolls were delicious and I am sure that the rest of the meal would have been delicious too. We left disappointed and as we walked out we could see that the low top tables denied to us were still empty. If you give this restaurant a try I hope you have better luck. I can’t rate them any lower because the food we had and the atmosphere were great, but the wait staff appeared to be a bit pretentious for what the restaurant is supposed to be about.
