I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. This was not my first time receiving Botox; in the past, I received 11 units at another provider and was satisfied with the results. After relocating, I decided to try this location. During my first visit, Dr. Lee recommended 20 units, but I explained that I was comfortable starting with 11 units based on my prior experience. After waiting several weeks, I did not notice any effect—I still had full movement in my forehead. Due to a busy schedule, I did not return for a follow-up at that time. Three weeks ago, my girlfriend and I decided to give the clinic another opportunity. During that visit, we were advised to receive a total of 42 units. Unfortunately, this also did not produce the expected results, as I still have full movement. When my girlfriend raised our concerns, she was offered three additional units at no charge. However, given that 42 units had no noticeable effect, I did not feel that this would resolve the issue. Additionally, my girlfriend was later told she should have received a total of 62 units and was encouraged to pay for an additional 10 units. Both of us experienced the same lack of results, yet we were told it may be due to our individual body responses. While I understand that results can vary, it was frustrating to have similar outcomes and feel that our concerns were not adequately addressed. Overall, this experience felt like a significant expense without results, and it was quite disappointing. Save your time, and money and look elsewhere!
