in the last weekHaving traveled extensively, I've never seen a hotel where you have to ask reception every single day to have your room cleaned! We stayed for 10 days and only had our linens changed once, and even then, only after requesting it several times at reception. When housekeeping was infrequent, it was extremely superficial: the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The trash wasn't emptied. Our requests were completely ignored; we asked to speak to the manager, who never showed up. We also had to ask for clean towels every day! Unacceptable! As for breakfast, it wasn't good. We were told there was a gym—don't make me laugh! It was just a storage area for broken machines, and the floor was dirty… There were no showers at the pool. In short, this hotel is not recommended.

in the last weekHello, I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I noticed numerous shortcomings in service and maintenance. Housekeeping wasn't done daily, and I had to repeatedly request that the towels and sheets be changed. Despite my repeated requests, there was no improvement. The trash was never emptied, and the rooms weren't vacuumed. The lack of maintenance and follow-up is particularly regrettable for a 10-night stay. I also repeatedly asked to meet with the manager to express my dissatisfaction, but she was consistently unavailable, and I was never able to speak with her. Finally, the hotel is located directly across from a highway, which generates significant noise, especially at night. Considering all of these factors, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The level of service and cleanliness is absolutely not up to the expectations one would have for a hotel. SV

in the last weekBreakfast was not at all varied. You always have to go to reception to ask for towels. The bed linen hadn't been changed for over a week, and you had to complain to reception again. This hotel is not recommended at all.
