a week agoLet me just say that I am floored with the high level of service that this hotel provides from the moment you speak with them. They can’t do enough for you. I have stayed with my family at over 50 different Ritz Carlton properties throughout my life. None of them have provided better customer service than I have received at Lia. Aamel, Fabiola, and Veronica can’t be beat. I have never known or met any of them before. But, it would be impossible to provide better service than they have given me. They truly act and treat you like an old friend. If you don’t find their service great, truthfully, you are definitely better off staying home. I have traveled the world at the finest hotels and you won’t beat them anywhere. See for yourself. I won’t stay anywhere else in Jaco.

3 weeks agoThere was a glitch during the reservation, and I was charged twice. When I checked in, I realized I had been double-charged and asked for a cancellation. The hotel management lied, claiming they would refund my money for the double charge. I called many times without any success. Do not support dishonest people who do wrong.

a month agoI had a reservation here, they asked for a $50 deposit, I gave them $100 just because I asked for a receipt, another man came to cancel my reservation.
