2 weeks agoBeautiful community with cozy natural water view. I toured both Schooner bay and lantern cove, office people are super friendly and warm hearted. I especially had a nice experience with Denise, who helped us a lot during application process.

4 weeks agoTERRIBLE property management. SERIOUS California habitability violations/maintenance repairs needed such as: mold/mold illness due to water leak caused by pipe burst (deferred maintenance/neglected maintenance), unglued carpet, leaky windows, damaged window that has gross white streaks and fog that look like bird droppings. Promises made in order to gain lease renewal (i.e.,breach of contract). Talk to current tenants. The list is endless. Above is my current status. MORE PHOTOS TO BE ADDED.
