3 weeks agoA phenomenal move-in experience! I was working with a very tight schedule between applying and moving in, but Scott in the leasing office was amazing and made it happen without a hitch. The concierge team was also a huge help on moving day, which took a lot of the stress off. The building is clean, well-maintained, and has a great community feel with friendly neighbours who always say hi. I truly recommend it! I’m really excited to be here!

2 months agoI lived in this building for a total of five years and only have good things to say. Scott, the on-site leasing agent, is fantastic - he really made both the move-in and move-out processes so seamless and easy to understand. All my questions were promptly answered, and I never felt overwhelmed or that I was missing information, which is very important as moves in general can be stressful on their own. The building itself is older, but I personally considered that a "pro" as the suites tend to be larger and soundproofing is often better between them. You also get three elevators, which I've noticed a lot of newer condos skimp out on. The building has a nice pool, a small gym, and large front and back lawns, a really great place to be a dog owner! I always found the concierges to be friendly and helpful, and the odd time I needed a maintenance request, it was done generally the same-day. Leaving is bittersweet for me, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this building and the general area to anyone.
