in the last weekHeavy german roach infestation. I'd come back from work everyday and a roach would greet me. One of them bit me in bed. Kinky, but dead. Landlord never responded when I asked to leave without penalty. I just left and stopped paying rent and had to almost sue for security deposit and pro rated rent back. 3 lawyers wanted my case on contingency. Cellar spider infestation, weed smell in bathroom. Neighbor left full trash bag in hallway for days and daily clogged trash chute. Furniture left in hallways that reeked of piss. Minor inconvenience compared to the roaches tbh. Basically a building pet, the residents fed them like a stray cat. Community manager Casii was helpful, he did his best to work through issues with me. Unfortunately, he doesn't wield meaningful power. Incompetent upper management that is somehow always on vacation. Must have European labor laws. All apartments have tradeoffs, this one has roaches and spiders. Should at least get a discount for so many roommates...

2 months agoCockroaches are everywhere, Amazon packages are being stolen, and there are even mice. It doesn't deserve a single star. After a fire three months ago, the water hoses are still there, and garbage is being dumped by truckloads. It's terrible management. And they still charge $2,600—it's a disgrace.

a year agoThe service is terrible in every way. Utilities are increasing every month. The apartment doesn't have meters for each room, but they take the bill for the whole building and divide it by each room without us knowing the real cost. There are only 3 of us in my room but the bill is increasing by 400+ per month which is very expensive. They are not professional. They can't ask for help. Their packages keep getting lost and they don't care and they don't turn on the security cameras. Run away. I'm praying that my 1 year contract will end soon because I want to move out.
