2 weeks agoI experienced my first Yoga Nidra session at Victoria complex, Victoria Road, Skegness with Emma. The venue is lovely with ample parking and a welcoming, warm vibe. Emma had the mats, cosy blankets and pillows all laid about ready for the session. Each mat had a tarot card placed face down to enable us to start the session in a lighthearted and meaningful way. Emma explained each card’s individual meaning which was a lovely way to start us off and make us feel at ease. We made ourselves comfortable and Emma’s soft tones guided us through the Yoga Nidra breathwork. The sensations and relaxation experienced during the meditation was pure bliss! I left feeling relaxed and content. I slept so well afterwards! I never knew I needed meditation until I started going to Emma. She is incredible at what she does and has a natural flair. I have been to several of her soundbaths and meditations and will continue to do so! If you want to feel peace then I 100% recommended her to you! Once you start going it’ll become part of your self care ritual! I can’t wait for my next session.

3 weeks agothank you for the amazing floating sound bath. I will definitely be at the next one! I zoned out of the background noise and so felt the vibration healing. When you hit that first gong it made me cry a release and then it just flowed. I just loved it and the floating was just amazing. Thank you isn’t enough

3 months agoWent to my first sound bath this evening and what a peaceful, relaxing session it was. The first time in a long time my mind went quiet. Emma is so good at what she does. A masterclass in tranquility. Explains everything perfectly. The atmosphere is just so peaceful and it immediately makes you feel so at ease. I will definitely be attending more in the new year.

5 months agoThe floating sound bath was just amazing, I think it was because there was not pressure points, unlike when you are lying on a hard surface. It was just beautiful. Next time I will just make sure I lie a little bit more in the middle of the bed, so my feet don’t touch the side of the pool and make me jump! Thank you so much, I shall be back.
