a week agoI'm deeply disappointed. I ordered the Bailey Cowboy Hat Cavalry II Silver Grey on 29-05-2026. The product said to take 7-12 days of delivery. The product arrived 20-06-2026. That's not 7-12 days..... I used the size chart to determine the right size, as instructed by the website. When it arrived, i immediately noticed. Too small. Way too small. Then, the material. Solid as a piece of concrete, just rock hard. Felt like sandpaper. Very uncomfortable around the headline. Then, the golden tassels. They were not what i expected. Too short, dull in colour, it seems more like a shoelace being decorated on it. And then, there's this weird grey coating? Applied above the tassels all around the hat. Got it on my hands like, what the hell is this stuff. Again, World of Western, i'm deeply disappointed. I don't understand, how this costed me €214,- euro. I'm so sick of this i won't even send the product back. Consider it written off. My wrath took it off my hands. If you're going to sell, sell legitimate products. Not whatever this...whatever it is, is.

2 weeks agoI ordered a shirt and a hat in February. Unfortunately, I was mistakenly sent the wrong shirt. Due to various circumstances, I wasn't able to return it until mid-June. Nevertheless, the return was accepted without any problems – even after about three months. This is anything but standard practice and demonstrates truly excellent customer service. Thank you very much for the straightforward handling and the accommodating solution. This is exactly the kind of service a customer hopes for!

3 weeks agoWouldn’t call this the largest western store. It was one show room & the majority of it was Yellowstone merchandise. If you’re looking for western clothes or something that doesn’t have Dutton Ranch on it I wouldn’t go to this store.

a month agoI've ordered here several times and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality, price, and service. While the sizing isn't always 100% accurate, that's completely beyond the seller's control, and returns are always free. Unfortunately, the shop is quite far away, making a physical visit difficult, but the online portal is very user-friendly, and the staff are incredibly helpful by phone and email. Excellent!
