My experience has been excellent!!! I've lost my fear of dentists, as I used to get very stressed about having to go for any treatment because they always hurt me (I tried three different dentists before finding her). She does a great job and provides excellent service! She will definitely continue to be my regular dentist!!

I was very pleased with everyone in the office. The dental assistant was very pleasant. I think they did a good job and were honest. I have lots of work that needs to be done. So I will be going back.

I visited this dental office for a first-time annual cleaning and examination. Unfortunately, the hygiene portion was excessively rough and NOT properly cleaned, and the dentist Beatriz recommended three cavity replacements and a root canal, despite me experiencing zero pain or symptoms! I’ve never had a root canal in my life. The fact that this lady wanted to do unnecessary drilling in my teeth is super scary! Instead of addressing these supposed dental issues, the dentist spent the majority of the appointment aggressively pitching $6,000 Invisalign treatment to prevent future cracking. They printed a contract, and another staff member immediately pressured me into signing it in the exam chair. After realizing I had been pressured into an unnecessary procedure, I called the following day to cancel. The financial coordinator refused, claiming it was too late and all sales were final. I had to personally remind their staff of California Civil Code § 1689.3, which provides patients a statutory three-business-day cooling-off period to cancel dental service contracts. I subsequently sought a second opinion at another practice, which confirmed I only required a single, simple cavity replacement. Prospective patients should beware of upselling, aggressive treatments, and questionable business practices.
