The product is great and I got great service from Superior Radio in Saugus, MA who installed and serviced it. My beef is with Dronemobi (owned by Firstech)l customer support. I got my unt installed on 2023. I have since had to sell my car due to poor eyesight in in Sept 2025. At this time, I still had about 6 months worth of a 3 year plan I purchased in 2023. I called Dronemobil to tell them I no longer needed the plan for the aforementioned reason. They told me that they could not refund me as it was too late to do do, even though I still had a valid 3 year plan. I argued through multiple emails and called once as well to make my my point but they would not budge. It would have been a refund of about $45. Moral is, don't let them talk you into an extended years plan; if you have to, go year by year. They are cheap scammers with no scruples and will take your money right away but won't help you when needed. Worst customer support for a plan I. PAID for ever!

Why is my Drone Mobile device installed in my vehicle located in New Jersey showing at this location in Kent, WA??

After they cancelled my subscription without notice 6 months into the year, i emailed support about my concerns on the matter as i had already been charged for a full year. They agreed to give me a refund for the remaining 6 months. Its been almost 3 months since they agreed to refund me and ive still not received anything even adter countless emails for an update on the matter. Avoid doing businesses with this company at all costs. They are more than happy to steal your money without hesitation and leave you out to dry

The product does not work at all for my truck. The tracker of the car to know the location does not update like it’s supposed to. I spoke with IT people and informs me to turn it on and off but that doesn’t work. I absolutely regret buying this product. I would not recommend, save your money.
