in the last weekBest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I stayed for about 1.8 years and would have remained longer if my job hadn’t required me to relocate. The maintenance team (Chris Pickens and Jose Cardenas) is consistently responsive and quick to resolve issues. The property managers (Kari Medeiros and Alondra Cuevas) are also very helpful and accommodating with rent-related questions and general needs. The complex is clean and well-maintained — I never encountered a single bug during my time here (impressive!!). Regarding the nearby train, my girlfriend and I lived on the front-facing side toward the station. Even so, we quickly adjusted to the noise and eventually stopped noticing it. If I return to RWC, this will be my first choice. I’ve already recommended it to several others. I loved my time here!

4 months agoI lived here for 1.5 years and I must say this was the best apartment complex that I’ve lived in to date. The management is amazing especially Kari, she’s been nothing but helpful throughout my stay. The apartments are very huge, luxurious, have central AC and offered nice views. The location of this apartment is quite convenient as it’s 2-10mins walk from RWC downtown, Bus stop, Safeway, whole foods and caltrain station. There is also weekly farmers market that happens right next to this building. The maintenance staff were also very quick to resolve our issues. The only reason I had to move out was because I switched job locations else o would have continued living here.

5 months agoThis is a great property, close to all the restaurants nearby and the Cinemark in Redwood City. I recommend this place, if you want to be close to grocery stores, and places to eat.

6 months agoI seldom write reviews, especially good ones lol, but I have to say KARI IS AN ANGEL. The manager is super helpful and really cares for residents. She lives in the building herself so I hope this says something about this building and its management. She is so lovely and hosts occasional events for the building. Who doesn’t like free food? As for the building itself, train noises might be real for some units as the location is pretty objective. But this is the best management team I’ve met. From manager to facility support staffs
