Be advised that this GWRL apartments has no move in access or move out access, they tell after you they take your first and last months rent. Our moving truck had no access to the main entrance, no parking on the street small elevator a long ramp to go up to move our stuff, the movers took 9 hrs because there is no convient way to move in Also the proximity to the St.Clair streetcar is pathetic the streetcar runs 24/7 making 89 to 91 decibels of noise all night long stay away from 400 Walmer Rd GWRL apartments N.B.West Tower has these issues, because the East Tower has parking in front of the building adjacent to the main elevators
