a month agoThis was my first time at 888 Ristorante Italiano. It's a little farther down the street (near Arroyo) so we hadn't always gone that far down on Laurel to find a restaurant to try. We were a party of 4 for dinner, 2 of whom were celebrating a birthday, so we wanted to pick a nice place. The menu had many good choices. We shared a delicious appetizer, each person got a main dish, and we shared one dessert, along with wine. Everyone loved their meal, the flavors and seasonings were delicious. The service was excellent, and they were happy to make menu changes per each person's special request, such as pasta in place of potatoes, or no potatoes and all veggies with the main dish. The plates came out quickly and all at once. Overall, it was a excellent meal and experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!
