I have been a regular customer here for a long time and never expected such a bad experience. To be fair, this was a carryout order, and my dine-in experiences have usually been fine. I ordered a whole grilled chicken and a kabob dinner. The chicken tasted like an old order that had been reheated, and the kabobs were burned. I called and asked to speak with the owner or manager, but no one was available. The cashier made it difficult to explain my complaint and made me feel like they didn’t trust what I was saying. She eventually took my information and promised that management would call me back, but no one ever did. Very disappointing, especially as a longtime customer. My advice: be careful with carryout orders. Dining in may be fine, but I would not trust the carryout food after this experience.
