Atlantic Ave Car Wash & Lube

I want to be reasonable and not just flat out give a 1 star. But this has to be one of the worst car wash places I’ve ever been to. Right off the bat there’s some guys that don’t speak english that ask what you want and without explaining anything just punches in your order in a machine. I went in for a simple car wash and asked if they vacuum my carpet. It went from 10$ suddenly to 36$. Okay fine, maybe I could use a vacuum. Surprise, it was barely cleaned. Dirt, sand stuck in the seats that take one sec to wipe off is still there. Didn’t bother putting the mats in the right position, left their plastic floor mat UNDER my mat after they put it back??? Nothing was wiped down from the back trunk, dirt and grime everywhere. The towels they used to wipe down my interior is the towel they use to wipe down the exterior as well as every day that goes through there. The car smelled AWFUL after that. Lastly, with their 36$ package this guy comes and brushes your wheels with this applicant, they did it on wet wheels, how is that supposed to work?? Honestly i’m getting more and more frustrated, I can’t be mad because it is what it is. But if I can save even one person from getting robbed I would feel a bit better. Do not come here. Where should you go? I don’t know, brooklyn/NYC is forever doomed with half ass services. Maybe go to Long island or just somewhere in the suburbs.
