in the last weekAfter complaining about the service the first time, it doesnt look like the front desk service improved at all. Today i went to the front desk and asked them for the computer password so i can use the computer in the business room, but the lady was having a conversation with someone and refused to help me until she was finished. After waiting a couple of minutes, i decided to just leave because it doesnt seem like she was going to help me at all. A simple password takes only a few seconds but i had to stand around waiting for it, while just listening to her talk and watching her take her sweet time with every little action. The hot tub this time was also completely closed, last time it looked disgusting but this time around it wasnt even an option. I was really looking forward to giving this hotel another chance, but going forward i think i will book another location.

2 weeks agoHad a good experience here. It was clean and neat in a safe and quiet area. Parking was safe, they had underground parking as well. Parking was $10 per day if you're a best western member. Breakfast options were good.

2 weeks agoI Love this place and I have stayed here many times before. However after the very Rude and Unprofessional Treatment that I received from the Front Counter staff person by the name of Annie when Checking Out, I will Not be Returning ever again. I asked one simple question when I check out and I got my Printed Receipt. I simply asked her what was my Total becuase the bill was confusing. She answers me very rudely from her chair and then got up with attitude towards me. I told her No need to be Rude, I'm just asking You a question. Then I asked her What's Your Name? And I saw her name tag Annie. Told her Annie I'm just trying to understand You Receipt. When she hears me say her name she calmed down a bit, but she was still rude when explaining the Receipt. Also, I have been to many Best Westers before and I have Never had to Pay a Parking Fee before. That is Ridiculous to have to Pay a Parking Fee. Annie tells Me; Since Your a Rewards Member You paid a lower Price, otherwise You would of paid more for the Parking Fee. Well You can keep Your Rude Employee Annie and Your Parking Fee, I will Never Return to place again.

3 weeks agoIt was a great stay but the only reason I’m giving a 4 is because they had an offer there that if you stayed 3 nights you got 50 Dollars voucher and the staff never mentioned it. Even when I asked, the lady at the reception gave me a phone number to call…. Come on… you should give the client the voucher. What should the client call anyone?! Did he stay? Did he pay? Were they good guests?! Very close to a Golf Course and an amazing park and a trail along the beach. Supernice That’s it.
