a week agoQuick overnight stay for our business group. We arrived early, but the front desk team worked their magic and got everyone checked in. Super clean facilities and friendly employees. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had pulled chicken which was a nice surprise. Room was very comfortable and clean. Nearby Outback Steakhouse was easy to walk to for a meal.

4 weeks agoThe thermostat needs to be updated and customer friendly to operate. The music is played at high volume inside elevator area near the rooms until 10:30 pm at night, and restarted at 07:00 am, whether you are still needing to sleep or not. I would never stay there again. When I want to sleep I don't want to be disburb by noisey music.

a month agoSomeone else commented about the thermostat. I'll expand it from our experience. If it's on heat mode, it just bakes the room non-stop, no matter the temp setting. Similar with cool setting. If on auto, heat and cool just take turns constantly once the temp setting is reached. And there's no way of telling what the actual temp is, as it shows only the desired temp, which felt at least 4 degrees higher. I also wish the dining area would be available for team meetings during sports events. Hotels in the area make a lot of money during these weekends, and the dining area should at least be available for quick meetings/bonding activities, provided there's a POC if any concerns or damages arise from these activities. Those are the only things that keep me from giving a 5 across the board. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The breakfast staff was great.

a month agoGreat location. The room was nice, shower had great water pressure and HOT water. The room was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The included breakfast was also good, I love a breakfast taco!

a month agoWonderfully updated, our room was awesome, spacious, breakfast staff extremely friendly, helpful, food was good, not your typical hotel fare, impressive! Lots of pets now, but very clean smelling, kitchens have good amount of usable kitcen stuff! Full refrigerator and freezers, microwaves and dishwasher! Would stay again!
