2 months agoI’ve lived in this building most of my life at this point. I love the convenience that the location offers and genuinely feel safe and taken care of by the doormen and cleaning staff. Whenever small jobs are needed in the apartment, the handymen are professional, respectful, and quick. I won’t be leaving anytime soon. Thank you.

3 months agoI’ve really enjoyed living here! The doormen are all fantastic—Alex, Mike, and Anthony are always attentive (with Richie making the best guest appearances!) and knowing us by name makes me feel safe and at home. Starting my morning commute with a laugh from Alex is always a highlight of the day. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and while there is some outside noise (rush hour and the occasional late-night honking), that’s just part of NYC living—it doesn’t bother me, though it might others. With “noise cameras” coming soon, hopefully that will improve. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live with great energy!
