Okay, there’s a couple things to cover, I know that this is a new place and they’re growing so I really hope they can improve these couple things. Prices are really high for the quality, presentation, and construction of the food. We ordered two meals, one was a vegan sandwich, and the vegan breakfast French fries. The sandwich was a very simple sandwich with a little bit of vegan egg, arugula, and a frozen hash brown inside. The sandwich was 15 dollars, way too expensive for the very few ingredients and the frozen hash brown. The French fries were a little bit better but still not worth the price. It was a plate of French fries, with very little tomato and red onion pieces, the vegetables were not cut really well and that takes away from the quality of the presentation. There was a little bit of vegan eggs on top and also a frozen hash brown on top. The French fries plate was 18 dollars, extremely expensive for French fries with some tomato, onion, a little bit of eggs and a frozen hash brown. On top of that, the fries had a very big amount of salt on them, that much salt made the meal almost impossible to eat. Staff was nice but there seems to be a lack of management quality in the place. Overall I think there needs to be improvement on food quality and presentation, there’s no way to justify including frozen hash browns on meals that are 15 to 20 dollars, this is not a fast food restaurant and fresh hash browns are not that expensive or hard to make.

Food is very very yummy but when I come here I wish the portions were smaller. I don't want to waste food, and also end up feeling very obligated to clear the plate when it costs $20, y'know? The waffles I've tried are super rich to the point it kind of gives you a stomach ache to keep eating past halfway. Only other complaint is that this time the fries were so salty it stung my lips. Would be stellar if the portions were smaller and cheaper! That, or I guess just plan to come here knowing that one plate serves two

Update: This place is still great. Thet have expanded their hours so its not jist brunch timing anymore and they have added little bit of non brunch items. Just tried the burger and it was awesome! Be warned, getting the double eggs and bacon on the bagel breakfast sandwich is a bit messy because it's so big, but it's absolutely worth it!

Today I was aimlessly walking in the local Provo area cause I wanted to get out and do something. I didn't know what it was yet, but I wanted to do *something*. I walked by this place, stood there for a bit, and the manager attentively peeked out of the door "Oh hey, are you hungry?". He wasn't pushy, just very friendly, caring, and inviting. So I walked in. The best word to describe the atmosphere is... cozy! I ordered something, and read a book until closing. They offered refills for my juice and offered me samples of a recipe they were trying out. Good food is one thing, but moments of exceptional service like these stick with you forever. I will come by again!

For the first time in five years since developing celiac I went into a restaurant. Didn't have to ask about cross contamination, I could order everything on the menu, the food tasted great (I got high carb french fries and mozzarella cheese sticks), I didn't have to run the calculus of "ok what is the chance of cross contamination?" "If I share with my friend is there a chance of a crumb getting on my food and me not noticing it" "does the cook care about the grill being clean" "why did I even bother leaving the house today". I picked up my order walked away and simply ate it, no thoughts or worries. The employees were super nice. They could have been mean and I still would have left 5 stars because it was safe fried food. Price was a bit much but that means I just need to find a better job that pays more. As I was leaving someone failed to pick up their order and they gave it to me for free so I got to try 3 different items the first time I came. Their fried banana bread french toast is what I plan to try next.
