2 weeks agoThe receptionist is friendly, but the rooms are a disaster. I was given a dirty room; it looked like someone had recently been there. There were towels lying on the floor and trash all over the room. It's disgusting, a terrible place.

2 weeks agoI didn't go because after calling the hotel to confirm my arrival, they told me I had to check in before 3 am, otherwise they wouldn't let me stay. What kind of place is this? You have to pay $160 for a Monday night and also be subjected to time restrictions? What are people who work late at night supposed to do? If you open a hotel in NY, make sure you know how to manage it and have adequate staff. 12/15/2025
