The best towing company around, called them early in the morning to get towed from Queens all the way to Long Island same dah and they came right away. Very fast and very professional. It was my first time calling them and they treated me like family and gave me a very fair price. They are very careful with my corvette, thank you again the best. Definitely calling using them again in the future

The vehicle is a 2004 Honda Civic SI Hatchback. With a little over 100,000 miles, the engine is now at its overheating stage (reasonable time frame for that to happen for the first time in 22 years). Need to take the vehicle to the Honda dealer service center to run diagnostics to find that - among other things (dealer recommended tasks to be done that still never been done and this reliable car still runs without any signs of dying) for such an old car - the clutch needs the "bleed" work. Have an appointment on the 27th of August with said Honda dealer service center at 11:30AM. However, didn't want to wait till the day in question in case a tow guy wasn't available (from the extensive list of tow company's that either wouldn't pick up the phone or return messages left on voicemail for service). So, the tiring journey began late night on the 25th of August: phone call after phone call. Again, no callbacks. No response to voicemail messages requesting service. Even tried using the number posted outside a mechanic shop in the neighborhood (5-7 minute walk from home) to no prevail. Surprisingly enough, these are tow companies that clearly state on their websites that they offer 24hrs a day and 7 days a week of service! Making these frustrating calls felt like a temporary nighttime internship to get ghosted by tow companies - just for calling for service. Ironically after feeling too lethargic to continue and before calling it a night, decided to use the Google AI to find a tow guy. Explained to the AI system that the vehicle is in the backyard garage. What a surprise! The Google AI not only said to get some sleep and wait till the morning to contact either Auto Tow NYC or Haul Towing, but it also said not to stress out over being ghosted and to call Auto Tow NYC in the morning and they will answer and provide the service needed. Hesitated but decided to listen to the Google AI and called Auto Tow NYC in the morning. Round of a APPLAUSE and GIVE IT UP for Auto Tow NYC, everybody! My-my-my was this tow company the blessing of the day - will only use them, now. Let's start with what happens when you call them. First-off, an immediate callback: a text. Didn't realize this text was from the company contacted in the morning: Auto Tow NYC! Don't ya wanna know what the text said? It read, "How may I help you today?" That's all that was needed to be heard for approval with this company. You feel me? So, before going into denial that this Google AI system actually found the answer to the lord's calling in one moment of breath, decided to pose the Google AI the next and final question. Asked the Google AI to look up the number of this text received to find out if it is a tow company or spam. The Google AI didn't respond but instead gave a list of tow companies and Auto Tow NYC was one of, if not, the first tow company on that list, folks. But to be completely honest, the phone number listed did not match the one with this text message just mentioned earlier. It wasn't until they arrived about an hour later (agreed to wait for an hour or so as they honestly admitted to be completing the service of someone else prior) that the hard working gentleman from this company was asked for his company's name. Can ya guess his response to that question? Yelp. The gentleman said, "Auto Tow NYC"! No-way! Was stunned. Had no idea this was them because the phone number associated with text message did not match the one on their website. Thought it was spam or something for a moment. Glad to of asked that question from the jump for one's own sanity. Long story short...the gentleman from Auto Tow NYC jump started the car with his own jump-start kit and went beyond his pay to help get the vehicle out of the garage without hesitation! Look at the photos. See the alley-way? His truck fit in the alley and he was able to load the vehicle on the flatbed. See the car from inside the garage? He helped with getting it out of the garage, to the yard, to the alley. For real! So once again, "GIVE IT UP FOR AUTO TOW NYC!"
