a month agoMy family has used this place for birthdays for multiple years in a row and never had issues until today. The 3 or 4 ladies up front at the desk all had TERRIBLE attitudes like they didn’t even want to be there to begin with which I tried to look past because I understand how overwhelming working with screaming children can be, but at the same time, there is absolutely no reason why I should hear every single employee gossiping and talking down on children AND parents who are paying money to be there. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Me and my kids will not be returning.
