a month agoAstonishingly quick response time! And greatly appreciate the ability to pickup via 24/7. While we didn’t pick up in the middle of the night, being able to add this to some morning tasks nearby was very helpful. Texted (thank you for having this as an option! I’ve spent days calling others only to get voicemails and play phone tag all day) at 9:20am, had a response at 9:21am with link to complete the transaction, a few clicks later and by 9:29 they sent me info on how to unlock and pickup the firewood. Truly remarkable response time and easy process!
