a month agoOne star is generous. I came to Tox Soho for a sculpting facial expecting to leave lifted. Instead I left with visible bruising and broken capillaries across my cheek. Days later, my face is still marked. This is not "post-facial redness." This is damage. At no point was I warned that this level of trauma to the skin was a possibility, and the pressure used during the treatment was clearly excessive. A sculpting facial should never leave a client looking like they were injured. When I looked in the mirror afterward, I was genuinely shocked. For a studio charging premium Soho prices, the lack of care and technique is inexcusable. I now get to spend my time and money on skincare and possibly a dermatologist to undo what a "luxury" treatment did to my face. Do not book the sculpting facial here. If you value your skin, go literally anywhere else. I will not be back, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away.
