a month agoBought a cord before Easter, it was short by a lot. Looked like the wood was sitting in water and leaves all winter. Big chunks of ice, mixed with leaves i had to deal with. After i got it stacked i was about 40 cubic feet short. Out of 128 cubic feet that is nearly 1/3 of a cord short. My rack holds 1 cord, you can see how empty and dirty the wood is, and the second pile is the leaves that were mixed in. Still hasn’t brought me the rest of the wood. Many assurances that he would make it right, it may be time to call weights and measures and then small claims.

2 months agoVery unprofessional of a company to destroy someone's property upon leaving and not have the decency to stop ....but better yet not have the decency to pay for the damages you caused. Do what's right Tim don't be that guy not a good look on your business and in a small town and tight knit community customers talk.... FYI

6 months agoTim is awesome. Called him about 3 hours ago about green cordwood. He told me he had to be in the area for another delivery and that he would add me to delivery. Within 2.5 hours I had the wood delivered - exactly where I asked him to deliver. Nicest guy in the business that I’ve ever talked to. Plan on ordering again. Thanks!
