Sheppard Manor Apartments

I’ve now been living in the building for about a year, and I can honestly say my experience has been really great. I recently moved to a new unit, and Nora once again made everything feel easy and stress-free. She’s been consistently kind, patient, and always quick to respond, which I really appreciate. Even after a year, she still took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Moving can be overwhelming, but having someone like Nora made a big difference. It’s not always common to have such a positive and consistent experience, so I truly wanted to highlight that. I lived there from 1970 to 1980. We always enjoyed the pool on Saturdays. It was my first apartment in Toronto when I moved from Newfoundland to start my career. Many great memories.

I had the pleasure of visiting an apartment with Nora, who was the office manager at the company. She was incredibly organized, responsible, and respectful. She explained every detail thoroughly, provided a clear checklist of required documents, and guided me through visits of all available units. During this period, I visited many apartments, and in my experience, Nora was exceptionally professional and thorough. I truly appreciated her support and wish her all the best in her work.
